Surface treatment
We perform powder coating on an area of 800 m² on the automatic line of the Swiss company ITW GEMA, which includes pre-treatment with phosphating. This technology, complemented by a state-of-the-art application booth, is a highly productive way of finishing surfaces by powder coating (comaxing).
The maximum dimension of painted part 3000x1000x1300mm (LxWxH), load up to 160kg per 1m conveyor and capacity up to 1000m² of varnished area per shift allows to meet even the most demanding jobs.

Both blue chromate, yellow chromate and acid zinc can be selected. Practical and durable protection when using products indoors.
